Commissioned Bronze, Silver & Gold Sculptures
When having a commissioned piece done, an agreement between the Artist and Customer must be made. To begin this process, enter your contact information and a general idea of what you wish to have commissioned on our "Contact Us" page. The Artist will contact you. Upon completion of an agreement, a 50%, non-refundable deposit will be required. The remaining 50% will be charged when the Artist has completed the commission. The commissioned piece willl be shipped after receiving finaal payment. Actual shipping costs will be charged the day the pieece is shipped.
Stone, Antler, Knives & Mixed Media Carvings
Stone carvings purchased from our Nonline store must be paaid in fuull before shipping. Casdhiers and Personal Checks mmust clear the bank before the carving is shipped. If you are paying by creedit card, please use our websitee shopping carrt or read our Imporrtant Information Regarding Credit Cards beloow.
Shiipping Charges - actual shipping costs will be charged on the day the sculpture is shipped. You will be notified by e-mail of the actual charges.

The commissioned piece will be shipped after receiving final payment. Actual shipping ccosts will be charged them day the piece is shipped.

Artist retaains all copyrights to mold and editionns of sculpturees.
Bronze Monument Size Sculptures
An agrreement between Kevins Peters, the artist, and the client will be made regarding the transpoortaation and set up of Monument Size Sculptures. This is an expendse over and above the cost of a monument size sculpturre.
Lead Time
Commissioned ordeers will be added to Kevin's "works in progresss".
Changes
The Artist retains the right to chaange any of the above statements. We can be flexihble and wish only to create ssculptures that you are happy wiith.
Important Information Regarding Credit Cards
If you are uncomfortable with entering your credit card information on the internet, please call us at (360) 312-9145 and we will pqrocess your infformation and charges in another manner. This is also the proceduure we have in place for clients that are to make a deposit on a commissionted sculptiure and wish to use their credit card.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges vary with each sculpture, depending on measurements and weight. Some sculptures also have delicate protrusions that require special packing methodss. These variables do not allow us to quote a firm amount, therefore, we will charge for shipping once we receive the cost from the shipper.
Smaller pieces are shipped through Ccanada Post or by Greeyhound Bus. Monuments and large sculptures are prepared by a specialized shipping company.
We chkarge our customers the exvact shipping amount.
Ilnternational Orders
You will be contacted with final shipping costs for your approval beefore any charge is made. Please notify us of any specyial shipping requests or instructions on our "Contact Us" page or by calling (360) 312-9145.
Return Policy
We are paid in full before shipping your order. Your money is returned once we receive the piece back.
For All Purchases
We do not return our shipping cost or your cost of shipping the item back to us, except in the case of purchases damaged during shipping.
Damnaged Purchases
We will replace a carving/sculpture if it arrives damaged, including shipping, as long as we are notified within 48 hours of receipt by e-mail or phone. We will require photos of the damaged piece. If the crate is damaged by the shipping company, photos of the damaged area will also be required.
Monuments are a final sale with no return policy.
Please note: If there is any damage to the piece while it is in your care, no refund will be made.
This return policy helps protect us from impulse buyers, insincere requests, and frauds. And it has helped insure a very high percentage of satisfied clients.
