Kevin started his carving journey in the basement of his parent's home with a chunk of local soapstone donated to his school and a challenge from his high school Art teacher.
He is known as a direct stone carver with no formal education in this field. The course of his life has brought him to a place where it still surprises him that people wait in line for months, and even years for something that he truly enjoys doing. Each stone sculpture is carved with attention to detail and character.
